What kind of T-shirts do you sell?
We sell premium, soft cotton and cotton-blend T-shirts printed on demand with meaningful, quote-based designs for every personality, friend, and family vibe.

How does sizing work?
Our T-shirts follow standard unisex sizing. Please refer to the size chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend going up one size for a more relaxed fit.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?
If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we can update the size. Please email us within 6 hours of placing the order at support@martcrafted.com

I ordered by mistake. Can I cancel?
The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Will you have more designs, styles and products often?

Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on Facebook and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping time (U.S.): 4–9 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on location

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Where can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or contact us if you need help locating it.

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If it's been more than 15 business days (U.S.) or 30 business days (international), please contact us. We’ll investigate and either replace or refund your order if it’s lost.

What if I typed the wrong shipping address?
Please email us immediately if you made a mistake. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can correct it. Unfortunately, once it ships, we can’t reroute it and won’t be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.


💳 Payment & Checkout

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Simply choose your preferred method at checkout. PayPal gives you the option to pay securely using your balance, credit card, or linked bank account.

Will I be charged taxes or duties?

  • U.S. customers: Sales tax may be added based on your state.

  • International customers: You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or VAT charges in your country.


📧 Order Updates & Notifications

Will I get an email when my order is shipped?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Can I get a copy of my receipt or invoice?
Yes — your order confirmation email includes a receipt. If you need a tax invoice or duplicate, email us at support@martcrafted.com

Yes! We work with print providers who use sustainable printing methods and packaging to reduce waste and carbon footprint.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
